Thank you for visiting our shop! All our orders are lovingly shipped from our studio in Vancouver, Canada.
Order Processing
Order processing may take 2-5 business days, except during holiday/high-traffic season, it may take slightly longer. Processing time is not included in the transit times.
Transit Times
- Canada - Canada Post - 2-8 Business Days
- United States - USPS or UPS - 2-10 Business Days
- International - Asendia - 7-30 Business Days
Things to note:
- Our products are shipped with love and care, but once they leave our studio, we cannot control or guarantee delivery status and times with the respective shipping carriers.
- Once the item has been marked delivered by the respective shipping carriers, we are unable to provide replacement items.
- Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sometimes, packages are sent back to us due to incorrect address, or customer has failed to pick up the item at the post office. If this is an error on the customer's part, the customer will be responsible to pay the additional shipping. If the customer requests a return instead, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping cost will also not be refunded as we have to cover the return cost of the shipment.
Order Cancellation
Orders start to be in queue for processing the moment it arrives in our system. If you would like to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours of your order placement. If the order has already been processed and packed, we will have to charge a 10% restocking fee.
